Braised Abalone with Beancurd Skin & Eight Treasures, tender whole abalones braised with mushrooms, fish maw, cabbage, and broccoli in a rich umami sauce. And something nostalgic – Honey Hawthorn Pork Chop, Juicy pork chops glazed with honey and dried hawthorn for a sweet‑tangy, nostalgic favourite.
