Singapore’s national Beverage Container Return Scheme encourages you to Return Right. Eligible pre-packaged drinks in plastic bottles and metal cans (150ml–3L) with the Deposit Mark will come with a 10¢ refundable deposit charge. Simply return empty eligible containers at any Return Right machine to get your refund instantly.

How to Return Right:

  1. Collect eligible containers with the Deposit Mark. Do not crush and keep barcode intact.
  2. Find your nearest Return Right machine.
  3. Return and get your refund digitally via DBS PayLah! Or SimplyGo EZ-Link card.

Every return helps improve recycling rates, reduce waste, extend lifespan of Semakau Landfill and supports Singapore’s journey towards a zero-waste future.
